Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sinta Health collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, technology platform, and related services.

Effective September 7, 2026Last updated September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Sinta Health, LLC ("Sinta," "we," "us," or "our") and to sintahealthapp.com, our partner and client portals, and other services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Scope and our role

Sinta provides technology and administrative infrastructure that helps wellness businesses connect eligible clients with independent licensed healthcare providers and supporting services. Sinta does not practice medicine, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or make clinical decisions.

Clinical services may be provided by independent professionals made available through OpenLoop and/or its affiliated professional entities. Those providers are responsible for the care they provide and may give you separate privacy notices that govern their clinical records.

Protected health information

When Sinta handles protected health information ("PHI") for a healthcare provider, Sinta generally acts as that provider's HIPAA Business Associate and uses or discloses PHI as permitted by an applicable Business Associate Agreement and law. Our HIPAA Notice provides more detail.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, email, telephone number, mailing address, and date of birth.
  • Account information, login credentials, preferences, and communications with our support team.
  • Health, wellness, intake, medication, laboratory, and treatment-related information submitted through the platform for a provider's review.
  • Payment and transaction information. Payment card details are generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Sinta.
  • Business and professional information supplied by wellness businesses and their authorized users.

Information collected automatically

We may collect device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the Services.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from wellness business partners, independent providers, OpenLoop-supported entities, laboratories, pharmacies, fulfillment partners, payment processors, identity-verification providers, and other vendors involved in delivering the Services.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
  • Create and administer accounts and verify user identity;
  • Facilitate scheduling, intake, telehealth access, provider communications, laboratory workflows, pharmacy fulfillment, and cash-pay transactions;
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • Send service, security, account, and optional marketing communications;
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and protect users and the platform;
  • Comply with contracts, legal obligations, and healthcare privacy requirements; and
  • Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

4. How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Independent licensed providers, OpenLoop-supported professional entities, laboratories, pharmacies, and fulfillment partners involved in services you request;
  • Your wellness business when permitted by you, an applicable agreement, and law;
  • Vendors that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, payment processing, identity verification, and customer service;
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or necessary to investigate misuse; and
  • A successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell PHI. We also do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable state privacy laws.

5. Communications and SMS

We may send transactional communications about your account, requested services, appointments, orders, safety, and support. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may also send promotional communications. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

For text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of nonessential texts or HELP for assistance. Opting out may not stop messages that are necessary to complete an active transaction or that are otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, improve performance, and protect the platform. You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies, although some features may not work correctly. Where required, we will request consent before using nonessential technologies.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, satisfy contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business and healthcare records, and protect against fraud. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the context in which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about our processing, and to appeal a denied request. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Requests involving a clinical record or PHI should generally be directed to the treating provider or clinical entity. Sinta can help route the request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where recognized by applicable law.

To make a privacy request, email help@sintahealthapp.com.

9. Additional information

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.

Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required.
