What is Sinta Health?
Sinta is a technology and operational platform for wellness businesses. It brings client intake, independent provider access, labs, pharmacy coordination, payments, and support into one connected experience. Sinta does not practice medicine or operate as a pharmacy.
Who is Sinta Health for?
Sinta is designed for established wellness businesses with an active client base of at least 50 clients. This includes chiropractic practices, medical spas, gyms and fitness businesses, health and wellness centers, weight-loss practices, and other qualified wellness organizations that want to add connected cash-pay health programs while keeping their client relationships at the center.
How quickly can my business launch?
Most businesses can be ready to introduce Sinta to clients in as little as two business days once onboarding requirements are complete. Timing can vary based on setup needs and the programs selected.
Do I need a medical license or clinical staff?
No. Your business does not need a medical license or its own clinical team to partner with Sinta. Independent licensed providers evaluate clients, determine eligibility, prescribe when appropriate, and make all clinical decisions.
How does Sinta fit into my client relationship?
Your business remains the trusted wellness relationship and the place clients begin their journey. Clients use Sinta for secure intake and connected program workflows. Sinta is not offered as a white-label platform.
What programs can I offer?
Supported services include medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptide programs, physician consults, comprehensive labs, and pharmacy fulfillment. Available services may vary by client eligibility, provider judgment, and location.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your retail pricing and retain the amount remaining after applicable program, medication, laboratory, fulfillment, transaction, and other disclosed costs. Actual revenue depends on your pricing, client participation, retention, and operating expenses.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The Sinta platform is billed monthly without a long-term contract. Cancellation and account-transition details are governed by the applicable agreement and terms of service.
Does Sinta guarantee revenue or client outcomes?
No. Sinta provides the platform and coordinated infrastructure, but business performance and health outcomes vary. Revenue depends on factors such as demand, pricing, marketing, client eligibility, participation, and retention, while clinical outcomes depend on each client’s individual circumstances and care plan.
