Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about setup, clinical roles, pricing, programs, and how Sinta works with your wellness business.

Getting started

What is Sinta Health?

Sinta is a technology and operational platform for wellness businesses. It brings client intake, independent provider access, labs, pharmacy coordination, payments, and support into one connected experience. Sinta does not practice medicine or operate as a pharmacy.

Who is Sinta Health for?

Sinta is designed for established wellness businesses with an active client base of at least 50 clients. This includes chiropractic practices, medical spas, gyms and fitness businesses, health and wellness centers, weight-loss practices, and other qualified wellness organizations that want to add connected cash-pay health programs while keeping their client relationships at the center.

How quickly can my business launch?

Most businesses can be ready to introduce Sinta to clients in as little as two business days once onboarding requirements are complete. Timing can vary based on setup needs and the programs selected.

Do I need a medical license or clinical staff?

No. Your business does not need a medical license or its own clinical team to partner with Sinta. Independent licensed providers evaluate clients, determine eligibility, prescribe when appropriate, and make all clinical decisions.

How does Sinta fit into my client relationship?

Your business remains the trusted wellness relationship and the place clients begin their journey. Clients use Sinta for secure intake and connected program workflows. Sinta is not offered as a white-label platform.

Programs and clinical care

What programs can I offer?

Supported services include medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptide programs, physician consults, comprehensive labs, and pharmacy fulfillment. Available services may vary by client eligibility, provider judgment, and location.

Who decides whether a client receives treatment or medication?

The independent licensed provider does. Each client is evaluated individually, and no consultation, medication, or program is guaranteed. A provider may request records, laboratory work, follow-up, or an in-person evaluation before making a decision.

Which medications and peptides are available?

The available catalog can change based on state requirements, clinical protocols, pharmacy inventory, and the needs of each client. Current program options are reviewed during onboarding and within the platform. A provider must determine that any prescribed treatment is appropriate for the individual client.

Are the medications provided through licensed pharmacies?

Prescriptions are sent to independent licensed pharmacies when a provider determines treatment is appropriate. Product-specific questions, including sourcing and available testing documentation, should be directed to the dispensing pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Will every client need lab work or a video visit?

Not necessarily. The treating provider determines whether laboratory testing, a live video visit, follow-up, or an in-person evaluation is required based on the program, the client’s history, clinical judgment, and applicable state law.

What happens if a medication is temporarily unavailable?

Availability can change without notice. If a pharmacy cannot fill a prescription, the provider and fulfillment team may communicate a delay or consider a clinically appropriate alternative. Sinta helps coordinate the workflow but cannot guarantee pharmacy inventory or delivery dates.

Client experience and privacy

Who answers a client’s medical questions?

Clinical questions are handled by the client’s independent licensed provider or the appropriate clinical support channel. Your team and Sinta can help with general platform and administrative questions, but should not provide medical advice unless separately licensed and authorized to do so.

How long do clinical review and pharmacy fulfillment take?

Timing depends on intake completion, provider review, any required laboratory work, pharmacy inventory, and shipping. Because several independent parties may be involved, Sinta does not promise a fixed approval or delivery date. Clients receive status updates through the applicable workflow.

Can my team see client progress?

Authorized team members can use the clinic portal to follow relevant onboarding and program status. Access to clinical information is limited to what is permitted by the client’s authorization, applicable law, and each organization’s role in the care workflow.

How is client information protected?

Sinta uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for information handled through the platform. When Sinta handles protected health information for a healthcare provider, it generally acts as that provider’s HIPAA Business Associate. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice.

Who is responsible for the medical care provided?

Independent licensed providers are responsible for evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment decisions, and follow-up. Sinta is responsible for its technology and administrative coordination, while each participating business remains responsible for its own operations, marketing, and legal obligations.

Pricing and partnership

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You set your retail pricing and retain the amount remaining after applicable program, medication, laboratory, fulfillment, transaction, and other disclosed costs. Actual revenue depends on your pricing, client participation, retention, and operating expenses.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The Sinta platform is billed monthly without a long-term contract. Cancellation and account-transition details are governed by the applicable agreement and terms of service.

Can I advertise the programs online?

Yes, subject to applicable law and each advertising platform’s policies. Prescription-drug and telehealth advertising can require additional disclosures, approvals, or certifications. Partners are responsible for ensuring their marketing is truthful, compliant, and approved where required; Sinta does not guarantee ad-platform acceptance.

Does Sinta guarantee revenue or client outcomes?

No. Sinta provides the platform and coordinated infrastructure, but business performance and health outcomes vary. Revenue depends on factors such as demand, pricing, marketing, client eligibility, participation, and retention, while clinical outcomes depend on each client’s individual circumstances and care plan.
